I didn't come from a traditional tech background. I trained as a licensed counselor and spent over a decade in behavioral health and public systems before founding a startup addressing gaps in addiction recovery research and innovation. Today, my mission remains the same: eliminate barriers, facilitate opportunities, and help people thrive on their own terms. You'll see it show up in how I build community: growing a Discord server from ~52,000 to 170,000+ members in under a year and co-creating SheBuilds from scratch into a global program with 7,500+ applicants across 120+ countries. I thrive on the frontlines and in the 0 → 1 work: building the room before anyone else knows to look for it and growing it far past where most people would think possible.
